Functional cookies are necessary for the website to function properly and are therefore placed as standard. For example, they ensure that you can stay logged in on the website if you wish.
In addition, we also place a number of non-functional cookies. These cookies have different purposes, which enable us to optimize our website and services. For example, we make standard use of analytical cookies, to be able to analyze trends and to tailor the website and content to the target group and the user-friendliness as well as possible. We can not trace this data to persons. Your data will therefore always remain anonymous and can not be shared with third parties.
The analytical data is collected using Google Analytics and displayed in statistics. These statistics give us, among other things, insight into how often our website is used, what information visitors are looking for and which pages are visited the most. This allows us to continuously analyze and improve the website in order to make the experience as pleasant as possible for visitors. We never provide Google with your personal details (e.g. name, e-mail). For more information on how Google Analytics handles the collected data, we refer to the security and privacy principles of Google Analytics.
The website displays social media buttons, so you can easily follow us online and promote and share content via your social networks. For the functioning of these buttons, these social media companies, such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram place cookies so that they can recognize you when you are logged into that social network. For example, so you do not always get the question to 'like' us on Facebook, if you have already done so. This way these parties also collect data about the page you share.
We receive and retain the information that you enter on our website or provide us with by any other means. Only board members of Independart therefore have access to your data. They respect privacy and safety and will carefully handle your data. They use personal (contact) data only to contact you about the process and related actions and/or inform you about the latest updates. They never make them available to third parties without your explicit consent. Independart will never sell your personal information to third parties or use it commercially in any other way!
COLLABORATION & PARTICIPATION IN PROJECTS
To collaborate and/or participate in projects, like recording your album or participation in Independart projects like TOP-010, you might be asked to register with a personal digital registration form (on the website and/or via e-mail) and provide personal details, like act and technical data. Think of residence, biography, mp3 / url's, and backline. By means of this information we can advise, inform and guide you as well as possible during the process and for future purposes.
If you are collaborating with Independart or have registered for participation in a project, you may only receive messages from us with relevant and useful information via the e-mail address and/or phone number provided. We will only send you messages with news updates, practical information about the project and any other relevant information about the current and future projects and events of Independart.
If Independart is approached by a third party who is interested in your act or as a person, e.g. for the programming of an event or interview, we will contact you personally at all times to ask if we may pass on your contact details (e.g. e-mail address). We only do this if we think it is interesting for you, and will not act without your consent. During a project there are several times when we can make certain information public. For example, when you are selected after a audition round, we will publicly announce your given name and act (bio) on the website and possibly a press release. So, we only publish data that is necessary for the promotion of your act, the project/collaboration, or Independart as a whole, during (and after) the course of the project.
IMAGE AND/OR SOUND RECORDING(S)
Independart is entitled to capture images of the projects and events it organizes (e.g. auditions, meet-ups, studio sessions and live shows) and to use these images and / or sound recordings for promotional purposes for themselves or for the benefit of their partners or sponsors. Persons and organisations - e.g. participants, board members, volunteers, partners, sponsors, visitors or other (external) parties - that appear in the recordings can not claim any compensation for this.
